As a business owner Shannon believes a specific key to his success lies in his ability to identify talented individuals in the industry and to work with them collaboratively to achieve objectives and goals.
20 years of exciting growth in Western Sydney has driven Shannon to take on an active Board Member role in Western Sydney Business Connection (WSBC).
Dante Vinces
Construction Manager
Dante undertakes the day to day running of the design and construction phase of programs for building and construction, civil and infrastructure projects. With over 12 years’ experience, he is highly skilled in construction engineering delivery, value engineering, cost management, design and financial management.
Sharon Rowlands
Commercial Manager
Sharon began her career in the construction industry 30 years ago with one of the top ten builders in Queensland and has since gained national and international experience during this time. With this experience Sharon held a Senior Executive position with Lanskey Constructions.
With her dedicated commitment for delivering a high-quality product to client requirements and exceeding their expectations on safety, quality and service, Sharon has an excellent track record across the multi-faceted industry.
Praveen Prasad
Financial Controller
Praveen is a finance executive (CA / CPA) with 20+ years’ experience gained in various industries both locally and with multinational businesses. Praveen’s skills and experience are broad and cover all aspects of a business and has worked in senior finance positions (including CFO and Company Secretarial roles) for companies such as Boral, Konica, Tefal, Ryobi and Snap Franchising.
Praveen’s focus at SD Group is managing all aspects of finance and administration for the group and providing support to the senior management.

Estimating Manager
Natesh is an innovative civil / bridge engineer / estimator, with 20+ years’ experience in the civil and building construction industry. Natesh works with clients and project teams to develop value and innovative building strategies for clients through his collaborative nature, problem solving proficiency, time management and leadership skills and his knowledge and experience with distinctive and complex projects.
Robert Addie
Safety Manager
Robert is a dedicated and experienced safety professional with 16+ years’ experience within the construction and high-risk utilities industries. He offers extensive expertise in Incident Management, Internal Audit, Facility Safety, Risk Management, and Chemical Safety.
Robert possesses a strong drive to improve the health, safety and environmental elements of the industry. He can influence safety change through coaching, mentoring, leadership, facilitation, and practical experience, and this is reflected throughout every project he undertakes.
